You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity conducted through your account. TrackThem bears no responsibility for how you use the information obtained through the platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the service, account termination for policy violations, or changes in personal circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Full payment is due upon subscription activation. There are no automatic renewals or hidden fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by third-party providers.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies and report fraudulent disputes to relevant authorities and fraud databases.
TrackThem is provided on an "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, speed, accuracy, or reliability of the service. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided or implied.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time; change pricing, data sources, or access tiers; perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; restrict or limit access based on usage patterns or abuse detection; and remove, add, or modify third-party data sources at any time.
TrackThem shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation.
We reserve the absolute and unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, all access is immediately and irrevocably revoked. No refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind will be provided for terminated accounts, regardless of remaining subscription time or unused credits.
